Ben is a German lawyer (civil law) specialising in international commercial law and dispute resolution. He gained an LLM in private law, international commercial law and dispute resolution from Harvard Law School (USA) and is currently a PhD-Candidate at Saarland University (Germany), researching on “Disgorgement of profits in the CISG”. Ben obtained his undergraduate degree from University Paul Verlaine (France) and Saarland University (Germany).
Ben is a research assistant to Professors Spamann (Harvard University) and Witz (Saarland University), providing independent research assistance on Legal Experts Opinion on French and German Law.
